I am a new patient to this practice. The office staff are SO welcoming, professional and caring. I stopped at their office a few days before my "real appointment" only to find out that I had arrived on the wrong day. Not to worry, tho, as they got me in within a couple of days. And what do they do? They gave me a gift card to Starbucks for my inconvenience! Unbelievable! Sit in the dental chair and it is a massage chair! Lay back in the chair, and there is a TV suspended from the ceiling! 1st class all the way! So happy to have found them!

My hygienist DeeDee was great as well as Dr.Ingrid. I would highly recommend this dental office.

My first appointment was great. Prior dentist cleanings were painful, I had no pain in my cleaning. Dr. Hansen was very knowledgeable, explained the process well. What a relief.

They were pearly white afterwards! Not to mention the incredible care I received from Dr. Ingrid Hansen. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone in the greater Milwaukee area.

Doctor Dawn , best dentist that I’ve ever been associated with. Not only did she fit me in as an emergency patient, her professional approach is second to none. She has a chair side manner the is excellent. Her abilities are only outdone by her kindness. I would recommend her above any other dentist, no question about it.

Then I met Ingrid Hansen his associate Doctor. She was knowledgeable and the equipment was modern and not dated! Her expert care was perfect, explaining all the details. I am so pleased no surgery for a metal post. She saved my tooth and replaced the crown in under 3 hrs., start to finish! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Hackbarth is truly amazing. From the moment I walked into the office, to the time I walked out, the anxiety level I usually experience was almost non-existent. From the front desk, the young man assisting, Dr Hackbarth, and the lady that closed the appointment was truly the best experience. I wish I found this office sooner!
