Kurt R. Kwiatkowski, DDS
Dr. Kwiatkowsi is recognized as one of Grafton’s most technologically advanced dentists and has been providing quality dental care and cosmetic dentistry since 1995.
Dr. Kwiatkowski completed his residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where he obtained advanced training in Emergency Medicine, Oral Surgery, Anesthesiology, Endodontics, and the treatment of medically compromised patients. A Wisconsin native, Dr. Kwiatkowski received his dentistry degree from Marquette University. During his time there, he was awarded the Ray Schweiger Academic Scholarship and the Marquette University Academic Scholarship for educational excellence during his educational pursuits. Dr. Kwiatkowski obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Dr. Kwiatkowski is at the forefront of tools and techniques that enhance the patient treatment plan, specializing in digital dentistry. He is a CEREC Mentor and Clinical Trainer for Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois and an active participant in continuing education training led by the country’s leading dental clinicians.
Dr. Kwiatkowski remains active in his community, including his church, Saint Francis Borgia, and various community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce Riveredge Nature Center. He is a past board member volunteer of the American Cancer Society and currently serves as a North Shore United Soccer Club board member.
Dr. Kwiatkowski and his wife, Laura, have three children. He enjoys soccer, salt water fishing, Wisconsin sports, and skiing in his free time.
